Hey, aren’t info-mercials funny?! Hahaha! Cillit Bang is my favourite and it’s a pretty popular candidate for spoofs at the moment. Barry Scott is just so easy to make fun of. “HI! I’M BARRY SCOTT!” (just typing that makes me laugh) is a brilliant sound-bite and cleaning a penny with the magical yellow acid is a great party trick.
In the age old tradition of web video spoofs we threw something together in a day, but in our haste we didn’t check our equipment – always check your equipment kids – so we could only salvage a little footage to create this short.
It’s a wrap on Cillit Bin
It wasn’t a complete waste of time; I got valuable experience of the pressures of production and being in-front of the camera.
