The insane paperclip chain

What do you do with 1000 paperclips you’ve ‘acquired’? Well, any sane person makes a paperclip chain. An insane person makes a giant paperclip chain and loops it around their entire house.
When we came across a motherload of paperclips the other week we took the insane persons approach. There’s now a 1000 paperclip long chain going out the kitchen window, up the side of the house, in a bedroom window, out the bathroom window, down the other side of the house, in the basement and through the kitchen. It’s a supreme achievement in office supplies engineering.
